Sivakumar Shanmugavel started his international career in the Oil and Gas industry of Singapore and shifted to construction industry in UAE. For a decade, he has been with Nestlé involved in construction of 2 new manufacturing and distribution facilities and heading the Safety Health Environment and Security division for Nestlé in Middle East and North Africa region with employee head count close to 15,000. His philosophy and approach are based upon principles of sustainable leadership practices.
